Probably the easiest and quickest way to cook an egg! It looks like a Maccy D’s breakfast muffin egg but it healthier and tastes better (in my opinion anyway).

- A mug
Spray the bottom of the mug with a bit of frylight then break the egg into the mug. Cover the top of the mug with a piece of kitchen roll just to contain any eggsplosions (terrible pun I know, but trust me, they do happen!). Pop the mug in the microwave and cook for 30 seconds, check the egg is ok then pop it back in for another 15 seconds, check again and pop it back in for another 15. Giving the egg these little breaks from cooking seems to be the trick for stopping the egg eggsploding (not even sorry for that one lol) everywhere. I’ve had to clean my microwave because of these on far too many occasions but they are worth it!
